Solutions Together is a boutique consultancy that began in 2001 offering training, professional supervsion and organisational change management consultation, that has grown to meet the needs of the evolving aged, disability and allied health sectors. New training offerings have broadened our target audience to include retail and other front-line sectors.
Our team comprises Co-Directors Lani Peach and Dr Anita Morris and our trusted training facilitators and professional supervisors who have worked with us over the years.
All Solutions Together services can be tailored to meet organisational requirements, whilst our regular training program is available to anyone working in the field.

Our team
Lani Peach
Co-Director
Lani Peach has a Master of Arts degree in Human Services and over 25 years working in government, health and community services. Lani has knowledge and experience in aged, disability, carer and family services. Lani is trained in reflective practice supervision and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA™) facilitation. Lani works in management, training, group facilitation, coaching and supervision, case management, and in direct client service. She is at the forefront in addressing training needs for the disability and aged care sectors and sought after for her expertise.
Dr. Anita Morris
Co-Director
Dr Anita Morris is a social worker with over 25 years working in government, community services, health, education and research. She has knowledge and experience in aged care, disability, carer, child and family, and family violence services. Dr Morris holds a leadership role in state government, advisory roles in the not-for-profit sector and is skilled in management and leadership, direct practice and supervision, training and research, project management and facilitation. She attained a PhD based on research with children about their experiences of family violence and has published in refereed journals and presented at national and international conferences. Dr Morris is a continuing member of the Australian Association of Social Workers and supervises and mentors social workers at all stages of their career.
