Professional supervision & coaching
We provide indivdiual and group supervision. This includes clinical supervision to allied professionals and supervision and coaching to those in the disability and aged care sectors. Professional supervision provides a safe and confidential space to reflect on your pratice, debrief, and learn strategies to deal with challenging situations. Supervision facilitates linking theory to contemporary best practice approaches and supports career goals and planning.
The Solutions Together group supervision model is affordable, great for peer support and networking, and is suited to sole traders and organisations with large staff groups.
