About Us
21 years in the making...
Solutions Together is a boutique consultancy that began in 2001 offering training, professional supervsion and organisational change management consultation that has grown to meet the needs of the evolving aged, disability and allied health sectors.
Our team comprises Co-Directors Lani Peach and Dr Anita Morris and our trusted training facilitators and professional supervisors who have worked with us over the years.
All Solutions Together services can be tailored to meet organisational requirements, whilst our regular training program is available to anyone working in the field.
We are an ethical organisation that strives to deliver best practice training, supervision/coaching and consultation to our clients. Our management principles include a commitment to:
* customer satisfaction
* innovation
* quality systems and improvement, and
* low environmental impact
We develop all our own training packages from contemporary research evidence and aligned with state and national policy reforms. We evaluate all of our programs and use the evaluation data to provide our agency clients with evaluation summaries after each program. Using data and realtime information we innovate by designing and developing topical training programs that respond to professional and sector needs.
Our staff are degree qualified, industry ready, have current Working With Children Cards and participate in regular debriefing and professional development.
We store all our data in secure formats and utilise software security to maintain our systems. We use QuickBooks for our accounting and Microsoft Office 365 for our business management. With a virtual, partial off-grid office set-up, we maintain a low cost business structure and a low carbon footprint which represents client savings and a healthier environment for all.
